Role Description As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will:

Generate new business through referrals, networking, real estate partnerships, and self-generated leads.

Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing.

Analyze borrowers' financial information and recommend the most suitable loan programs.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, Realtors, builders, and referral partners.

Ensure all loan applications are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal and state regulations.

Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Stay current on mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

Represent Suspirium Capital with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required).

Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs is preferred.

Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience using a Loan Origination System (LOS) is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM technology.

Commitment to ethical lending practices and regulatory compliance.
