Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN – Home Health for a contract position in Covington, GA. This role specializes in home health, working in a community or facility setting to provide comprehensive nursing support. As part of the home health team, the successful candidate will ensure health maintenance and disease prevention, offering case management and supervising care plans and staff as needed.

Key responsibilities of the RN – Home Health include:
Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals.
Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines related to health and safety supports.
Ensure medication policies are implemented and reviewed annually, adapting as necessary.
Supervise the activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed.
Maintain communication with inpatient nursing and discharge coordinators for hospitalized individuals.
Provide new employee training and annual recertification training for health and safety topics.
Requirements of the RN – Home Health include:
GA License or compact licenses
Home Health experience with HCHB and OASIS
