Join LeeKO Home Health LLC as a Licensed Practical Nurse PDN in Orlando, FL, where you'll provide compassionate, personalized care to patients in their homes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric or home health nursing.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Willingness to travel to patients' homes within the designated service area.
