As a Psychotherapist with Bridge Clinic, you'll provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health challenges and life stressors. You'll work alongside medical, behavioral health, school, and community partners to improve outcomes and increase access to care for people regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Licensure and CE reimbursement

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field

Clinical supervision hours completed

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

Certification or specialized training in areas such as trauma, substance use, grief, or related specialties

Experience with program development, quality improvement, or community partnerships

Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Committed to improving access to mental health care in rural communities

Comfortable working with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations

Deliver individual, family, couple, and group therapy services

Collaborate with medical providers, schools, and community partners

Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed

Develop and maintain referral and community resource networks
