Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
Help with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Previous experience in a healthcare or personal care setting required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care.
