TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53718!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Madison, WI | Acute Care
Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit in an inpatient acute care setting
Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks
Float to other units as needed based on operational requirements
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules as required
Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license required
Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in the Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty
Epic EMR experience required
Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (Adult and Pediatric components; Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted
Prior travel nursing experience in a Med-Surg / Telemetry setting
Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills across both adult and pediatric populations
Experience floating across multiple units within an acute care hospital environment
