Our team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Doctors provide symptom management, and patient and family support while coping with an end-of-life illness. We are locally owned and operated, so you can rest easy that your loved one will receive loving care in a timely manner.

Education: High School Diploma Preferred. Training program/competency eval as specified in §418.76(b)(c)of the Medicare regulations.

Nurse aide training/competency eval program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry.

Experience : At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program.

Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Maintaining and updating medical charts, patient files, and health records.
