Role Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create personalized treatment plans
Implement physical therapy interventions tailored to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Work seamlessly with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes
Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens
Document assessments, treatments, and progress as per facility protocols and regulatory requirements
Contribute to care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient care
Qualifications

~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification is desirable
Additional certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric specialties) are beneficial but not mandatory
