The Bureau of Operations, Operational Support Services Unit is seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented team player to join our dynamic team!

This position is directly supervised by the Administrative Services Manager I in the Bureau of Operations, Operational Support Services Unit, Business Center. The incumbent is responsible for purchasing goods and services and processing all invoices for expenses incurred for the Prosecution Services Unit; C. by coding the invoices to the appropriate board, obtaining approval, and submitting to Finance and Accounting within five working days; processing purchasing through P-card; and reconciling all purchases within the unit. Ordering goods and services may include contacting vendors to order, coordinating with non-contract vendors to register on MFMP, researching items and vendors for cost comparisons, and requesting invoices to resolve discrepancies.
Ability to compile, organize, and analyze data.
Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complaints.
Ability to understand and apply Florida Statutes, rules, policies and procedures for licensing and regulation of professionals and facilities, and consumer protection.
Ability to provide consultative assistance to others.
Experience with purchasing
Employees in this position are expected to work in a professional office environment characterized by standard lighting, temperature, and moderate noise levels. The role requires the ability to manage periodic interruptions, perform duties within a confined workspace, and remain seated at a computer workstation for extended periods.
Must be willing to physically come into the office to perform job duties.
