Head of Project Management

Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ground-up projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and project progression.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
