We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.
As a Security Officer, you'll help ensure the safety of guests, team members, and company property. You'll maintain a visible presence, safeguard assets, assist with emergencies, and provide friendly, professional service while enforcing policies and gaming regulations.
What you'll do:

Patrol the property and monitor for safety hazards or unusual activity
Ensure the security of patrons, employees, and company assets during shifts
Respond to emergencies and assist sick or injured guests or team members
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
Enforce company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations
Provide guest assistance, directions, and escorts when needed
Operate security tools such as radios, computers, and surveillance systems
Perform duties in compliance with all gaming and safety regulations
What you'll bring:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to read and comprehend policies, training materials, and documentation
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to respond quickly in emergencies, including possible physical intervention
What we require:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
Must pass a background check
Work may involve exposure to secondhand smoke, weather extremes, loud noise, and safety hazards
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or GED
