How you’ll make an impact in this role

Clinical Advocate & Care Strategist: You are the patient’s primary voice during their most vulnerable moments. By monitoring, recording, and communicating their condition with clinical precision, you ensure a safe, seamless transition to recovery.

Safety & Precision Sentinel: Serve as the final authority on the sterile field. You’ll maintain absolute integrity over patient positioning, equipment optimization, and supply management, ensuring 100% accuracy from the first incision to the final closure.

Master of OR Operations: Lead the rhythm of the room. By staying three steps ahead of the surgical team, you’ll orchestrate the preparation of cutting‑edge technology and supplies to ensure every procedure is executed flawlessly.

Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi‑state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

One or more of the following required:

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
