About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Kerrville, Texas, 78028. ID: 63420491. Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00). This is a great unit in a new building with a great culture. We have an excellent and welcoming team and are looking for someone that is kind, compassionate, caring and a team player. 2 years experience required. Med/surg and short stay experience required. Telemetry preferred. First time travelers ok dependent on experience. Req certs: ACLS, BLS and NIHSS. Patient ratio 1:5 days and 1:6 nights. Floating required to 2W, CDU and ARU. Kerrville is Texas's wine country and 1 hour outside San Antonio. Modified 4:00:00 AM.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

2 years of experience

Med/surg and short stay experience

Telemetry preferred

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Patient ratio experience 5-6

Experience with Meditech Community Hospital (preferred)
