Purchasing and Supply Chain
As a Purchasing Agentat David Weekley Homes, you’ll play a key role in helping deliver high-quality homes on time and on budget. You’ll collaborate with vendors, builders and internal team members to source materials, negotiate pricing and make sure every detail aligns with our purpose of Building Dreams and Enhancing Lives. Manage Scopes of Work with internal teams and trade partners to drive efficiency and quality; Support plan updates and redline changes, participating in new floor plan and lot-specific walks to improve design and value

Negotiate contracts and model discounts to secure optimal pricing and performance

2 or moreyears in residential construction operations or purchasing preferred

Track record of building great partnerships with vendors and internal team members

Strong math and MS Excel computer skills are essential; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related equivalent experience
