Welder Assembly Fabrication

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Fitter Welder to join our precision sheet metal fabrication team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will read blueprints, lay out, fit, and weld structural and sheet metal components for custom projects across diverse industries. You will operate MIG/TIG equipment and fabrication tools, maintain tight tolerances, and inspect your own work for quality. Working in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment, you’ll support continuous improvement, collaborate with engineering and assembly, and gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment and varied customer jobs.
