Head of Business Operations - Remote

Own and drive the department's most critical metric: achieving the target churn rate and improving overall customer satisfaction (measured via NPS and other key sentiment metrics). Continuously improve organizational productivity by driving initiatives that increase the number of units managed per person while simultaneously optimizing and improving profitability per unit. Act as a hands-on player-manager by directly intervening in and resolving high-level escalations, complex legal/eviction disputes, and critical institutional investor concerns. Direct, mentor, and manage a highly diversified organization consisting of Account Executives, field-based Area Maintenance Technicians, onshore/offshore Maintenance Coordinators, Vendor Relations Managers, Transaction/Eviction teams, and Security Deposit Coordinators. Assist with Team Meetings and semi-annual performance reviews to drive high accountability, reinforce corporate values, and champion continuous career development.
