About the Opportunity Our client is seeking anProgram Coordinator to support a growing business operations team. This role combines administrative support, reporting, data analysis, and program coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel and large datasets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative, operations, customer support, finance, or reporting experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to support business initiatives.

Review account data and assist with program eligibility analysis

Support customer and account enrollment processes

Generate and maintain reports used to evaluate program performance

Process requests, reconcile data, and maintain accurate records

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and program success

Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required

Experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation

Previous administrative, operations, finance, or analytical experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Gain valuable experience in reporting, analytics, and business operations
