Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
Monitor and assess patients requiring a higher level of observation than a standard medical-surgical floor
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Wyoming or a compact state
Current BLS certification
Prior experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit
Ability to work night shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
ACLS certification
Experience as a travel or contract nurse
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring
