Dialysis Nurse | Outpatient Clinic | Full Time

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting RN talent to support our non‑profit mission of prioritizing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care in an in‑center hemodialysis unit as part of a patient‑care team. RNs play an essential role in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for each patient.

Schedule : Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5:00 am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation : $29–$40 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Prepare dialysis machine, alarms and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards are met

Perform hemodialysis treatments per procedures and policies

Conduct ongoing patient education, training and health coaching

Monitor patients during dialysis and report changes to physicians and families

Administer and document prescribed medications

Follow CDC/CMS infection‑control regulations

Participate in care conferences, rounds and chart reviews

Document mandatory patient education efforts

Facilitate care continuity with local hospitals

Assist in medication inventory maintenance

Lead and supervise a small care team

Help onboard new staff as directed

Willingness to collaborate with care teams

Accredited nursing degree mandatory

Dialysis experience not mandatory; mandatory 3‑month compulsory training provided
