MRI Radiographer

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our MRI Tech, you will provide quality patient care within the medical imaging department, performing high-quality images and exams while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs, and adhering to ACR practice guidelines and safety standards.

Every day you will operate MRI equipment, position patients, ensure image quality, act as a clinical resource to unit personnel, and serve as a role model for other associate technologists, continually assuring current standards of practice for the unit.

To be successful in this role, you will possess expertise in MRI imaging, strong technical skills, a deep understanding of ACR guidelines and safety standards, and the ability to effectively communicate, lead, and provide compassionate patient care.

Performs magnetic resonance scans to obtain high quality images while adhering to all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety.

Produces quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.

Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports / documents unusual occurrences and records patient’s condition.

Maintains technical operation of equipment and notifies service when necessary.

We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus in addition up to $8,000 relocation assistance to new hires that meet the eligibility requirements

Job Requirements Required High School Diploma/G.Registered Radiology Technologist Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging R.Bachelor's Degree
