Boston Stoker Coffee is celebrating 51 years and is sharing our love for coffee across the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus region as we continue to excel at our craft. Get in on the ground floor and learn all that the coffee world has to offer!
Are you an experienced barista or would like to learn the craft to become one?
We're looking for the right individual - experienced or not - to join our team to serve the best coffee in Dayton. Our trainers can help the right individual feel confident in their skills and ability to create delicious drinks.
As a successful barista you're enthusiastic about serving the public.
You're consistent in creating drinks and baking goods while following written recipes. and to walk or stand for an entire shift.
Do you have a willingness to learn and enjoy helping others?
Cash handling experience is needed, and the ability to multitask while fulfilling orders.
It's a fun job, and an amazing team, but it's more than just coffee.
We partner with some of the most well-known brands in the area to offer the highest quality products and baked goods. Stocking our retail area, and maintaining a clean café is important.
Sample new roasts and products, receive training about the coffee industry and ample opportunities for growth!
