Develop and support engineering projects including layouts, equipment specifications, timelines, RFQs, cost estimates, and vendor coordination.
Review, compare, and negotiate contractor and vendor proposals.
Create and update plant equipment, process flow, and facility layout drawings.
Work with plant operations teams to troubleshoot issues, interpret drawings, and support root cause analysis.
Analyze production data to define opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Support integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation systems (PLC, HMI, robotics, controls).
Participate in commissioning new equipment including validation, startup, documentation, and training.
therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering field.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
Willingness to learn new equipment and technology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, robotics, SCADA, MES).
Exposure to equipment installation, integration, or manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience coordinating with external suppliers, integrators, and contractors.
Experience with process mapping or capacity analysis.
