Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a polished and personable Legal Receptionist for our Newport Beach office serving Orange County.
You’ll be the face and voice of the Newport Beach team, helping create a welcoming client experience while keeping daily front-desk operations running smoothly. This role is a strong fit for someone who works well within established processes, stays steady under routine demands, and handles detailed administrative support work with care.
Reception & Administrative Duties
Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally
Manage mail, deliveries, and legal service logs
Assist with client onboarding and intake in firm software
Coordinate office calendar, track support logs, and submit facility requests
Scan, save, and organize case-related documents
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Tech-proficient and quick to learn legal software
Fluent in Spanish (preferred, but not required)
