Be the First Impression That Sets the Tone for the Entire Dealership Experience Krause Auto Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key front-line role responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer interaction starts with a positive, professional experience.

- What You’ll Do As the Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in delivering a seamless dealership experience.
Answer incoming dealership calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet and welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate department
Notify sales or service staff when customers arrive and ensure proper introductions
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Support sales and internal teams with communication and coordination
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Provide general administrative and front desk support
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
