Aesthetician Opportunity
We are looking for a service-oriented, motivated individual to join us as an Aesthetician to accomplish this mission. With ambitions to increase our reach over the next four to five years, our quickly expanding company has gone from a single site in 2015 to over 100 dermatological clinics nationwide.
A dedicated Aesthetician who is not only passionate about skin care but, fulfilled by improving patient lives with the gift of confidence! We're looking for someone with an overall professional demeanor and appearance, that is dependable, self-motivated, has a passion for cosmetics, beauty, and the ability to support the overall health and lifestyle of our cosmetic patients. The right candidate must be willing to attend social events and have the ambition to help patients realistically achieve their non-surgical cosmetic needs. Respect and tactfully communicate with patients the risks, expectations, and pre/post treatment instruction to ensure full knowledge and understanding.
Ensure the highest quality treatment and customer service is maintained at all times.
Collect and document patient information, clinical data, and other relevant details accurately and timely while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Respond to care questions or complaints to immediately resolve.
Operate clinical equipment according to equipment guidelines.
Order, stocks, and maintain exam rooms and supply storage areas using par levels of supplies, medications, linens, forms, and equipment. If you are ready to serve our patients with empathy, honesty, and transparency… we want to hear from you!
It'll help to have/be:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Successful completion of state approved Aesthetician program
One (1) + years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to adjust personal availability according to volume changes and activity surges

Successful completion of a state-approved Aesthetician program. One (1) year related experience or training; Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other secondary language) highly desired.
