Pharmacist

Join our team as a Pharmacist. In the Pharmacist role you will:

Implement medication use activity and clinical services designed by the Director or and implement cost containment measures involving drug utilization in the hospital.

Ensure accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications, accurate documentation, provides accurate and complete drug information and provide staff and physician education as appropriate.

This is a PRN position (5 shifts scheduled in a 6-week period). This position is used to cover call-offs, vacations, and where coverage may be needed. PRN is not eligible for benefits but does offer a 10% differential on top of the base rate of pay.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

One year experience as a pharmacist preferred

B.S. or Pharm.D degree

HS GED

Licensed PHARM in Kansas or pursuing one

Physical Requirements-Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs frequently)
