Physical Therapist
Seven Healthcare are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Owensboro, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in Home Care and Medicare Oasis, working in a supportive environment where patient care is the primary focus.

Key responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:
Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders/referrals
Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications
Establish measurable goals and develop a treatment plan for patient independence and function
Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and modify goals or treatment as needed
Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and appropriate parties
Consult with medical providers on patient evaluation, treatment, and progress
Recommend adaptive equipment to improve function and incorporate it into the rehab program
Maintain and submit required documentation in compliance with regulations
Adhere to professional standards and legal regulations
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
Participate in internal staff development and maintain clinical skills through continuing education
Requirements of the Physical Therapist include:
KY PT License, Compact License Accepted
Experience with Home Care and Home Health
Medicare Oasis experience
