Senior Material Handler/ Inventory

The Senior Material Handler performs manual and clerical duties, responsible for the receipt, storage and shipment of materials, parts and products and the accounting thereof both physical and within the ERP system.

RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Generally responsible for organizing and handling a variety of logistics issues in manufacturing.
Material handling, work order kitting, inventory control, security and accountability of inventory, periodic cycle counts, physical inventories.
May also be responsible from a logistics and/or traffic standpoint for import-export licensing, ensuring legal compliance with regulations and government rules, and coordinating domestic and international shipments.
Customer focus, Integrity, Action, Unity, and Precision.
Adherence to all Company policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality
Supervise department, provide training, and collaborate with procurement/production teams.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Computer literate.
• 15+ years in shipping/receiving
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
