As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you'll provide compassionate, individualized care to patients struggling with substance use disorders, helping them build a future rooted in stability and hope.
You'll guide patients through their recovery journey using evidence-based interventions, person-centered treatment planning, and therapeutic counseling. Respond to crises and provide immediate support or intervention
Collaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and community partners
Support patient aftercare planning and coordinate referrals to additional resources
Advocate for patients' needs within the treatment system and community
Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or holidays
