Our Grand Rapids MI location is currently seeking a Cost Estimator specializing in Custom Furniture. This role is responsible for analyzing product specifications, quotations, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for customized products projects, or services. selecting vendors or subcontractors to meet the specific bid requirements.

Reviewing data to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists.

Assisting in the maintenance and organization of centralized cost estimating database.

Collaborating with purchasing team to review material costs, aligning costs with various pricing tools and methods.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and develop complete material lists for estimates.
