WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Warehouse CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience, PIT/forklift operation skills, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and organization.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process inbound shipments and outbound orders.Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials to support production schedules.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory verification.Transfer materials between warehouse and production using inventory systems.Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists.Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety compliance.Assist with workflow coordination and prioritization in receiving operations.Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company safety standards.Essential SkillsProficiency in inventory control and shipping and receiving processes.Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.Strong understanding of SOPs and GMPs.Ability to conduct cycle counting and inventory verification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a GMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.Strong organizational and communication skills.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team in a highly regulated environment focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical products. The site operates in a highly regulated environment with strict GMP and quality requirements. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hayward, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
