Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and manage patient care - Perform triage assessments to determine the priority of patient needs - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history - Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques - Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of SC - Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience - Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols - Proficient in triage assessments and prioritizing patient needs - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations - Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional emergency room care.
