Experienced in NET, DTT, FBAs, PBIPs, and evidence-based interventions?

Create clear, data-driven clinical reports to support ongoing service authorizations.

Train and supervise RBTs and BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and quality.

Develop and update comprehensive ABA programs using evidence-based strategies.

Provide culturally responsive parent training tailored to each family's needs.

Maintain accurate documentation and billing compliance.

Collaborate with our clinical leadership on program evaluations and performance goals.

Utilize company-provided software and tools for efficient case management.

Provide telehealth services for clients in other states, as needed, in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements and company policies.

What You Need Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism

Passion for family-centered care and outcome-driven therapy

Resident Living in South Carolina
