HR Manager - Dalton, GA

When: Immediate need with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Office Environment: In-office environment reporting to the Controller and utilizing Paycor software.
The HR Manager will lead HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all employee-related processes, including onboarding, benefits management, recruiting, and compliance. Manage benefits administration and annual renewals.
Direct recruiting efforts and applicant communication.
Administer 401(k), short-term disability, and life insurance programs.
Maintain HR data and documentation using Paycor software.
Collaborate with the Controller on strategic HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Prior experience in HR management or leadership role preferred.
Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS tools.
