Care of - laboratory nurse

Cath Lab RN

The unit operates with 2 suites/labs. Key responsibilities include assisting the physician and maintaining sterile technique. Patients will include those undergoing diagnostic left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, IABP, Impella, temporary pacemaker, TCAR, EVAR, EKOS, AIF, and IVC filters. Experience with EKOS is preferred, but training will be provided. The facility uses Siemens software and equipment for documentation. Shifts may vary based on patient case schedules. Weekend call and holiday call are rotational. Surgical attire will be provided for scrubbing duties. There are opportunities for extra hours in other units if desired.
