DIETITIAN - DIETICIANS ( FULL TIME)

Our vision is a world of peaceful relationships with food, weight, and body image, where everyone with an eating disorder can experience recovery. The Registered Dietitian delivers nutrition therapy to clients in intensive programming by performing nutrition assessments, creating personalized care plans, monitoring ongoing medical and nutritional conditions, and tracking client progress. Additionally, the dietitian provides nutrition education to enhance clients' nutritional health and their relationship with food.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Adolescent and Young Adult population

Monday through Friday, daytime schedule

One shift begins at 7:00 a.m.

One shift extends until 6:30 p.m.

How Registered Dietitians Empower Recovery

Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated , promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.

Offer guidance and coaching during individual and family meals when clinically appropriate , fostering healthy eating habits and addressing disordered eating patterns.

Provide tailored nutrition therapy to all assigned clients .

Conduct nutrition assessments for assigned clients in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Deliver group nutrition education sessions as assigned.

Actively participate in meal coaching and support for client s and their families or support communities, including involvement in Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks when appropriate .

Create nutrition-specific transition and aftercare plans for all clients , ensuring coordination with both internal and external dietitians for continuity of care.

Document all nutrition care clearly, concisely, and professionally in the EHR, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Contribute to holistic and integrative treatment planning through multidisciplinary case conceptualization.

Work closely with external professionals and community agencies to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for client's post-discharge.

Participate in both administrative and clinical supervision sessions, proactively seeking guidance and feedback to improve professional practice.

Participate in site-based and national Quality Assurance initiatives to maintain and enhance care standards within the organization.

Ensure that all clinical records are accurate , comprehensive, and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in eating disorder assessment and treatment by engaging in professional development, training, and reviewing current academic literature.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and employee information in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

Safeguard proprietary company information, including trade secrets and other sensitive data, ensuring it is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals.

Complete all mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance and maintain professional competence.

Current Registered Dietitian license in the state of employmentrequired.

Master's Degree required , unless licensed prior to January 2024.
