Client Success Specialist

Location: Remote

As a Client Success Specialist, you will support healthcare and behavioral staffing operations by coordinating professionals with appropriate student placements while maintaining accurate scheduling and communication workflows. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication with staff and clients. Schedule / Shift

Shift details: Monday – Friday

Pair highly skilled healthcare and behavioral professionals with appropriate students

Provide exceptional customer service with a client-focused approach

Support onboarding efforts by welcoming and communicating with all new hires

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
