As a Supplier Quality Engineer Level 2, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and materials supplied to our company. This mid-level position involves conducting supplier audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Develop and maintain supplier quality assurance processes and procedures.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems, repair process procedures, quality improvement programs, and design for manufacturability concepts.

Ability to establish effective partnerships with internal customers.

Ensure timely and effective communication with suppliers regarding quality expectations and requirements.

Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality activities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of product development, quality assurance, supplier quality engineering, supplier quality performance systems and engineering documentation.
• Proven experience in supplier quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to supplier locations up to 10%
