Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department Boarder position requiring an active MA RN license and offering night or day/night rotating shifts.
Details
Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
Role focuses on ED boarder patient care
Schedule is either straight nights or a day/night rotation (4 weeks of each)
Includes every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) requirements
Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
Active MA RN license required; pending or conditional licenses are not accepted
Both NURSYS and Board of Nursing verification required
AHA-issued certifications only
Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
Provide direct patient care to boarding patients within the Emergency Department
Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Boston, MA to qualify for the standard travel rate
RTO must be disclosed at the time of consideration
Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
Parking at Boston-based locations is not validated; public transportation or paid public parking (approximately $17-$22 daily) is required
