Dental Hygienist - Same Day Pay

Associated Dental Care Bell is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 5905 West Bell Rd. Suite 6, Glendale, Arizona 85308

Work Schedule: Monday 7:45 am–6:00 pm, Tuesday 8:45 am–6:00 pm, Wednesday 7:45 am–5:00 pm, Thursday 7:45 am–5:00 pm. One Friday a month 8:00 am–2:00 pm

4‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix.

60‑minute recare, 90‑minute new patient appointment.

Bi‑weekly hourly pay with the option to opt into daily pay for earned wages.

Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope and CE coverage available.

Full‑time requires a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits and more.

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation

CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems

Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health

Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position

Prolonged periods sitting and standing

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year
