SummaryThe Knowledge Management Counsel - Employment, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives , is a senior, independently operating professional with strategic ownership of the Employment KM function, direct leadership engagement, client-facing responsibilities, editorial authority, and potential supervisory duties. The role combines substantive Employment law insight with content strategy, cross-border coordination, and GenAI-driven innovation to support the practice and its clients.S. offices and offers a hybrid work schedule.Ideates, designs, and executes KM projects and initiatives driving measurable improvements in practice efficiency and knowledge sharing.Curates and maintains Employment-specific forms, precedents, and knowledge assets.Identifies and analyzes legal, regulatory, and market developments in Employment law, including cross-border developments.Drafts and manages Employment-focused client alerts, articles, and thought leadership pieces.Coordinates with international colleagues on cross-border Employment projects.Develops and delivers training programs for Employment attorneys and clients.Collaborates with innovation, IT, BD/marketing, and international knowledge teams.Desired SkillsDeep familiarity with Employment law workflows, including cross-border and transactional considerations. Strong ability to generate thought leadership and translate developments into client-facing content. Excellent communication, editorial judgment, and project management skills.Minimum EducationJD from ABA accredited law school.
