We’re partnering with a leading engineering and design‑build firm to hire a Mechanical Engineer who will work on of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system design across a wide range of new construction and renovation projects.

Work across the full mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design process for consulting, design‑build, and performance contract projects.

Produce and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Perform HVAC load calculations, hydraulic modeling, system evaluations, and energy‑savings analyses.

Conduct site assessments, field investigations, and construction observations to verify design intent and system performance.

Develop cost estimates, project budgets, and written technical reports.

Coordinate design efforts with electrical, structural, architectural, and other engineering disciplines.

Support performance contracting projects by identifying energy conservation measures and preparing supporting documentation.

Participate in project meetings and collaborate with project managers from concept through construction closeout.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Strong background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system design.

Experience producing construction documents and performing system calculations.

Familiarity with design‑build delivery and/or performance contracting is a plus.

Ability to conduct site visits and support projects through construction.
