Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.

Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.

Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.

Assists Director of Clinical Operations with recruiting, training, and scheduling of Registered Dietitians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.

Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics as required by the applicable state.

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is required; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in dietary services.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.

Must be able to read and interpret dining service cost reports, financial data, etc.

Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.

Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
