Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse-Home Healthcare

LPN Medical Surgical

The LPN will be responsible for providing patient care in a medical surgical setting. Telemetry monitoring and administering medications via various routes must be demonstrated. Experience with wound care basics, including simple dressings and drains, is necessary. Communication of status changes to the RN or medical doctor is critical. The unit will care for medical patients with a variety of diagnoses. Floating to different units within skill set will be required. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary. It is preferred that candidates have experience with patient ratios and understand the dynamics of a fast-paced healthcare environment.
