This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Detention pay: $20 - $30 per hour

• Live load/unload: $Driver load/unload: $Refused delivery: $Truck order not used: $30

• Rail Delay: $22 per hour
• Driver assist: $Mechanical breakdown: $22 per hour
• Maintenance Tractor repositioning: $22 per hour
• Waiting on truck: $22 per hour
• Mandatory Meetings: $40 per hour
• Safety training: $22 per hour
• 22 per hour
• 22 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Majority no touch freight
• Paid online orientation
