Server 1 works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention. As a non-lead role, Server 1 also supports the overall operations of the dining area and assists in service duties as required./ppReporting Structure: Reports to the FB Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager/ppDay to Day:/pulliMaintain high standards of service, following the Invited FB service training program./liliProvide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner./liliHandle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly./liliComplete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked./liliFollow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety./liliSupport management by completing additional duties as assigned./li/ulpAdditional Duties:/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./liliPrevious experience in Food and Beverage service./liliCurrent Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations./liliCompletion of Inviteds FB Service Training program./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3pMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods. Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases. Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./ph3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3pTrays, POS System, Bottle Opener, Wine Tool/ph3Work Schedule/h3pAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule.
