We are looking for an inexperienced Financial Professional to join our team. If you're looking for a change, and you are passionate about serving others, it's time to pursue a career in the financial services industry with MassMutual Oregon.

As a Financial Services Professional with our team, you will be able to build your practice and help those in your community plan for their financial futures.

Consult clients on financial strategies based on their financial goals

Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations
Meet production goals as outlined in training programs
Balance a multitude of activities, including obtaining referrals, client follow-through and administrative tasks
Expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and networking
Receive ongoing training and support
Be a part of a supportive team that encourages personal growth and celebrates achievements

Bachelor's degree - Finance or business discipline preferred or equivalent work experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Positive, customer focused attitude, with a desire to exceed customer expectations
