Entry-Level Welder

What You'll Do:

Assist in welding and fabrication of boat lift components and marine structures

Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and measuring equipment

Prepare materials by cutting, fitting, and cleaning metal components

Support experienced welders in MIG welding and assembly operations

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous welding training, vocational school experience, or a strong mechanical aptitude preferred

Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools

Desire to learn welding and fabrication techniques

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, FL 33762.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
