(Direct Care) Direct Support Professional NEEDED for part time/full time positions

Metro Star Services is looking forcompassionate, responsible, and dedicatedDirect Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team in St Cloud, Florida.
Metro Star Services is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical and mental disabilities. Our goal is to help them lead fulfilling, independent, and happy lives.
As aDirect Support Professional (DSP),you will provide hands-on care and assistance to individuals in their daily lives. Your role will include helping them develop independent living skills, ensuring community inclusion, and supporting their overall well-being.
Provide direct care services tailored to the individual’s needs.
Assist withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Support individuals inmeal preparationand ensure dietary needs are met.
Encourage and facilitatecommunity inclusion, social skills, and recreational activities.
Implementindividualized goals and support plansin a person-centered environment.
Ensure thehealth and safetyof all individuals under your care.
Identify, document, and report anyincidents, allegations of abuse, or concernsas required.
Communicate effectively withstaff, management, and familiesto ensure coordinated care.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experiencein caregiving, healthcare, or disability support
Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.
