Family Practice Physician Responsibilities:
Provides general medical care to health center patients
Evaluates patient's health status and initiates therapeutic and preventive measures
Documents patients' history and treatments
Performs medical triage
Stabilizes emergencies prior to hospitalization
When appropriate, refers patients to specialists or other physicians

Vibrant health, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and construction industries
Medical degree from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic school
Active unrestricted NYS medical license or the ability to attain one
Board certified/eligible in family medicine
Hours: Daytime, one evening per week, Fridays and available on weekends
